Police arrested Ram Bahadur B.K, 39, from Devdah on 17 February 2023, on the charge of setting his wife Lakshmi B.K, 39, of Kalika Chowk, Devdah Municipality-9, on fire.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the Butwal Area Police Office accusing Ram Bahadur of the attempted killing of his wife by setting her ablaze, on 16 February.
DSP Dan Bahadur Thapa of the area police office, Butwal, informed us about the ongoing investigation.
The health examination of the victim was conducted at the Lumbini Provincial Hospital on 16 February.
