Area Police Office, Mirchaya, has arrested Siddhartha B.K, 23, of Karjanhaa Municipality-5, on December 25 in the charge of sexually abusing a nine-year-old girl child.
Victim’s father filed a complaint on December 25 in the area police office alleging that the accused sexually abused his daughter on December 24.
Health checkup of the victim was conducted in the Siraha Provincial Hospital on December 25.
According to Hari Bahadur Oli, DSP of area police office, accused was arrested shortly after police came to know about the incident and the case is under investigation.
