Contrary to the election code of conduct, the Nepali Congress conducted a motorcycle rally in Damauli on November 17.
The rally violates the provisions mentioned in point (h) number 14 of the Code of Conduct for the House of Representatives and Provincial Assembly Elections 2022.
The code of conduct prohibits using flags larger than 10×18 in processions and public meetings. However, the rally participants used flags more prominent than the size limit.
In this regard, District Election Officer Hari Prasad Dhakal assured to investigate according to the complaints received.
