The alliance party has violated the code of conduct in Kalika rural municipality-1, Grange.
The candidates of the alliance party have done so by digging and repairing the road, contrary to the code of conduct.
Mohan Acharya, a candidate for the member of the House of Representatives from Nepali Congress and Indra Gautam, a candidate for the member of the Provincial Assembly, participated in the construction of the road from Grange to Palep of Kalika Rural Municipality-1.
The locals of Uttargaya Rural Municipality-4 have witnessed Mohan Acharya allowing to use his excavator and JCV. The locals informed INSEC that the excavator and JCV were also used to construct the road.
