Police have arrested three locals, including Purna Prasad Phuyal, 40, Principal of Narayansthan Secondary School in Siddhicharan Municipality-3, on the charge of raping a 12-year-old girl.
Dambar Bhujel, 32, of Siddhicharan Municipality-3, Kewal Bhujel, 31, and Fadindra Prasad Dahal, 76, of Siddhicharan Municipality-3 have been charged of luring and repeatedly raping a girl studying in Grade 8 at Narayansthan Secondary School.
Inspector Keshav Adhikari of the District Police Office said that he was arrested from his house on June 14, 2022, for further investigation.
The health checkup of the victim was conducted at the District Hospital on June 13.
