Police have arrested Jivan KC, 19, of Chabahil, Kathmandu Metropolitan City-7, on June 4, 2022, on the accusation of raping a 20-year-old woman.
According to the Spokesperson of Metropolitan Police Range, SP Bishwaraj Mainali, the accused was arrested after the victim lodged a complaint against him stating that he had raped her in a restaurant at Hattisar in Kathmandu Metropolitan City-1 on June 4.
The health checkup of the victim was conducted at Prasuti Griha, Thapathali on June 5.
