Accused Arrested in Rape Case

The victim’s family stated in a complaint filed with the police that the accused raped the girl by luring her with a promise of marriage while she had come to visit Shailung in Dolakha.

According to Inspector Shreeram Timilsina of the District Police Office, the victim underwent a medical examination on May 20 at Pashupati Chaulagain Memorial Hospital, Charikot.
