Police arrested Sandip BK, 28, of Harinas Rural Municipality-6, on May 16, on charges of raping a 15-year-old girl on May 15. The victim’s family filed a complaint against the accused on May 15 at the District Police Office.
The victim underwent a medical examination on May 16 at the provincial hospital in Syangja.
