Police arrested Roshan BK, 26, of Ramdhuni Municipality-2, Parisapur, on charges of raping a 19-year-old on March 20.
The victim’s family files a complaint at the Area Police Station, Dharan, on March 25.
The DSP Bhishan Babu Rai of the Area Police Office, Dharan, stated that the accused was arrested for investigation based on the complaint of the victim.
The health examination of the victim girl was conducted at BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, Dharan, Ghop on March 25.
