The police have arrested Kesav Nepali alias Kesav Sarki, 18, of Bandganga Municipality-1, Uptaha, on charges of raping a 16-year-old girl.
The victim’s family filed a complaint at the Area Police Station on March 16, accusing Sarki of raping the victim on March 8.
The victim underwent a medical examination on March 15 at Kaplibastu Hospital, Taulihawa.
