Police have arrested Sanjay Sunar, 27, of Ribdikot Rural Municipality-4 on April 17, 2022, on the charge of raping a 70-year-old woman.
The victim was raped on April 17 and the complaint was filed on the same day.
According to DSP Birendra Thapa of the District Police Office, the accused was arrested immediately after the complaint was filed.
The health checkup of the victim was conducted at Palpa Hospital on April 17.
