A complaint was filed at the District Police Office on January 9, 2026, accusing Ramjan Ali, 22, of Devdaha Municipality-12, of raping a 15-year-old girl on January 5.
As per DSP Suraj Karki, the accused has absconded following the incident.
The victim underwent a medical examination on January 9 at the Bhim Hospital, Bhairawa.
