During the Gen-Z movement, a person has been arrested on the charge of beating Police Head Constable Bijay Khadka, who was stationed at the Area Police Office, Birtamode on September 9, 2025.
On December 9, 2025 police arrested Jite Sherpa, 27 of Khejedin, Phaktalung Rural Municipality-1, Taplejung, on the charge of beating the police head constable during the Gen-Z movement.
Police stated that the accused was arrested from the western stand of Birtamode.
