Manadhara Secondary School in Bhakunta, Kharpunath Rural Municipality-5, has been facing a shortage of drinking water for the past two months. Students and teachers have been struggling with the problem since 1 October 2025, when an unidentified group vandalized the school’s water supply system.

He added that every year, vandalism of the water system causes significant difficulties for the school.
