Police have arrested a permanent resident of Balshetar, Gajuri Rural Municipality–6, Dhading district, Anish Magar, 21 who was also an employee at Sagun Constrcution located in Keulani, Tilottama–5, on November 5, 2025, on the charge of raping a 14-year-old girl.
The victim’s party filed a complaint at the Area Police Office, Butwal, on November 6, stating that the accused had raped the girl on November 5.
The victim underwent a medical examination on November 15 at Lumbini Provincial Hospital, Butwal.
