Prabin Tamang, 31 of Phedap Rural Municipality–3, has been arrested by police on the charge of raping an 18-year-old woman on November 1.
According to the complaint filed by the victim’s side, the accused allegedly raped the young woman on October 31. Based on the complaint, the District Police Office detained the accused from investigation, said Inspector Roshan Kamati
The health examination of the victim was conducted at the District Hospital on October 31.
