A complaint has been filed against Abdullah Dhuniya,50, of Suddhodhan Rural Municipality-1, Katariya, for allegedly raping a 25-year-old woman on September 25. The aggrieved party filed the complaint at the District Police Office on October 22.
According to DSP Ritendra Kumar Singh of the District Police Office, Kapilvastu,legal proceedings have been initiated, and they are searching for the abscoding accused. The victim underwent a medical examination on October 22 at Kapilvastu Hospital, Taulihawa.
