The family of a 15-year-old girl from Inaruwa Municipality-5 has filed a complaint with the police after she went missing on October 20 while she went to play Deusi during Tihar. The girl, a grade eight student at Suryakiran Academy in Inaruwa Municipality-8, has been out of contact since October 20. DSP Yogaraj Khatri stated that the victim’s family filed a complaint at the District Police Office on October 22, fearing that their daughter may have been abducted. He added that it has not yet been confirmed whether the girl, who had gone out to play Deusi, was indeed abducted. According to DSP Khatri, a circular containing the girl’s description has been issued to all police units to aid in the search.
