Police arrested Harsi Chaudhary of Kanchanrup Municipality-5, Pipara Tole on 9 October for sexually abusing a three year old minor. The aggrieved party had filed a complaint at the Area Police office, Kanchanrup alleging that the accused had raped the minor on the same day.
