A total of 92 people were injured during the Gen Z movement in Kaski, according to Administrative Officer Jhabishwor Regmi of the Kaski District Administration Office. He stated that the figures are based on data provided by the Federal Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Home Affairs.
The District Administration Office, Kaski, has announced through its official website that the process of distributing identity cards and relief assistance for the injured has begun. In a notice issued on October 10, 2025, the office requested all injured individuals to contact the office with the necessary documents. The notice reads: “As per the Cabinet decision of September 28 and the information received from the Ministry of Home Affairs, the ‘Gen Z Movement Injured Identity Card’ has been prepared and will be distributed from October 12 onwards.”
Injured individuals with a permanent address in Kaski must visit the office with their hospital treatment slip or discharge papers, original citizenship certificate, two photographs, and a copy of a bank cheque in their name. Each injured person will receive Rs. 20,000 as immediate relief support.
According to a notice issued by Assistant Chief District Officer Shiva Lamsal, the injured persons themselves must be present to receive the ID card, as their thumbprint is mandatory for official records. However, if the injured person is unable to appear in person, a family member may notify the office on their behalf.
