Police have arrested Bikram Patel Kurmi, 21, of Ramtole in Birgunj Metropolitan City-7 on November 29 on charges of raping a 17-year-old girl.
According to DSP Omprakash Khanal of the District Police Office, the victim’s father has lodged a complaint at the District Police Office, Parsa on November 28 accusing Kurmi of raping his daughter on November 26.
The girl was examined at Narayani Hospital on November 28.
