The District Police Office, Dang, arrested Chetanath Pandey,66, of Ghorahi Sub-Metropolitan City-1 on 22 September, for the charge of raping an 11-year-old girl with mental disability.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the District Police Office, Dang, on 19 September alleging that the accused had raped the victim on 18 September. The medical examination of the victim was conducted on 19 September at the Rapti Health Science Institute, Ghorahi.
