The Nepal Bar Association, through an appeal issued on 11 September has stated that it will not accept or recognize any solution or appointment sought outside constitutional supremacy and will oppose such moves. The appeal, issued after a virtual meeting of the Bar regarding recent national developments, called for the preservation of constitutional supremacy.
The appeal states that the Nepal Bar Association will not accept or recognize any solution or appointment sought outside constitutional supremacy, and will oppose it. We earnestly request that this not be done. The Association also appeals to Gen-Z and the wider public to seek a way out of the current crisis strictly within constitutional legitimacy.
