Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) leader and Secretary of the Central Public Affairs Department, Badan Bhandari, was injured on the night of September 3 by being attacked by an unknown group while returning home to Pragatinar from the office at Faika, Kapan.
Among the three individuals who arrived on a motorcycle, one struck his head with a rod while another hit his leg. Badan sustained a head injury in the attack. He received treatment at Stupa Community Hospital in Chucchepati.
Boudha Police stated that an investigation into the incident is ongoing.
