Police arrested a 14-year-old boy on 29 August for allegedly raping a five-year-old girl. The aggrieved party had filed a complaint at the District Police Office on 29 August alleging that the accused had raped the victim on 26 August.
The victim underwent a medical examination at Rolpa Hospital, Reugha, on 29 August.
