On the night of August 23, the body of 30-year-old Rubi Devi Sah of Madhopur, Madhavnarayan Municipality-6, was found tied inside a suitcase near Mudwalba Road under Sirsia, Gaur Municipality-9. DSP Raju Karki of the District Police Office informed that the body was found on the roadside at around 10 p.m. The postmortem of the body was done at Provincial Hospital Gaur on August 24 and handed over to the victim’s maternal family.
The deceased had been living in a rented house at Mahadevpatti, Gaur Municipality-2, along with her four-year-old son. She was married to 35-year-old Shivkumar Sah of Sakara, Mujaffarpur district, Bihar, India. Police stated that her husband has been residing in India.
