A 20-year-old woman has filed a complaint against 26-year-old Rakesh Mukhiya of Balwat Tole, Janakpurdham Sub-Metropolitan City-8, accusing him of attempting to rape her on August 20. The complaint was filed at the Dhanusha District Police Office on August 22. According to ASP Ranjit Pandey of the Dhanusha District Police Office, the accused has been absconding since the incident, and they are searching for him.
The health examination of the victim was done at the Provincial Hospital Janakpurdham on August 21.
