Police arrested 24-year-old Tilak Malla for allegedly vandalizing the health post in Ghetma, Aathbisikot Municipality–14 on the night of 11 August under the influence of alcohol. According to Public Health Inspector Dev Bahadur Chand, Malla entered the health post with a weapon, damaged the gate, vehicle, and other property. Additionally, he physically and verbally abused the health workers. Chand filed a complaint at the Aathbisikot Police Station on 12 August.
DSP Pramesh Bista, Chief of the District Police Office, Rukum West, stated that Malla was arrested and the investigation has been extended by five days. A case of criminal disturbance has been filed against him.
