The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the District Police Office, Malangwa, on July 21, 2025, against Dhirendra Kumar Yadav, 24, of Godaita Municipality–6, accusing him of raping a 27-year-old woman on July 7, 2025. District Police Office Malangwa’s DSP Saroj Rai informed that the accused Yadav is absconding and a search operation is underway.
The health examination of the victim was done at the Sarlahi District Hospital, Malangwa, on July 22.
