Police arrested a 14-year-old boy on July 20 for the charge of sexually abusing a 13-year-old girl. According to the aggrieved party, the boy sexually abused the girl on July 17. Inspector Madhu Khadka of the Nawalpur Area Police Office stated that the complaint was filed at the Nawalpur Area Police Office on July 19.
The health examination of the victim was done on the same day at the Nawalpur Hospital.
