Police arrested Shiva Mallaha, 19, of Sainamaina Municipality-7 on March 18 for sexually abusing a 16-year-old girl.
The aggrieved party had filed a complaint against the accused at the Area Police Office, Saljhandi on March 18 alleging that he had sexually abused the victim on March 15.
The health examination of the victim was done on March 16 at the Lumbini Provincial Hospital, Butwal.
