Police arrested Yogendra Yadav, 35, of Lumbini Sanskritik Municipality-4 on 8 March for attempting to rape a 40-year-old woman. The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the Area Police Office, Lumbini 8 March alleging that the accused had attempted to rape the victim on the same day. The health examination was also done on 8 March at the Bhim Hospital, Bhairahawa.
