Police arrested 68-years-old Tulasi Ram Niraula of Itahari Sub-metropolitan City-16 on February 25 for raping a 10-year-old girl. The aggrieved party filed a complaint against the accused at the Area Police Office , Pakali on February 25 alleging that he had raped the minor on February 22. The police have initiated the investigation.
The health examination of the victim was done at the District Hospital on February 25.
