A complaint has been filed against 26-year-old Kishan Nandan Raya at the Area Police Office, Barthahawa on 16 October alleging that he raped a 14-year-old girl. The aggrieved party filed the complaint alleging that the accused had raped the victim on September 29 by luring her with new clothes and cash on September 29.
DSP Muktinath Sapkota of the Area Police Office Barhathawa informed that the accused Yadav is currently absconding. The health examination of the victim was done on 17 October at the Sarlahi District Hospital, Malangwa.
