Police have arrested Netra Saru, 25, of Rampur Municipality-10 Hongdi on November 5, 2021, on the charge of raping a 13-year-old girl.
The victim was raped on November 19 when she was out to play Bhailo (dancing and singing of traditional songs during the celebration of Tihar in Nepal). DSP Rameshwor Twati told INSEC that the victim filed the complaint on November 6 at the District Police Office.
The health checkup of the victim was conducted at Palpa Hospital on November 6.
