Police arrested 21-year-old Aakash Kalbar and 22-year-old Abasesh Pandey of Yasoda Rural Municipality-3, Basantapur on 1 July for charge of raping 14-year-old girl.
The aggrieved party filed the complaint against the accused at the Disterict Police Office on 1 July stating that he raped the victim on 28 June.
DSP HariBahadur Bali informed INSEC that the accused have been arrested and further investigation is going on.
The health examination of the victim was done on 30 June at Kapilvastu Hospital, Taulihawa.
