Police arrested 56-year-old Padam Sarki of Dullu Municipality-12, Daha on 30 June for the charge of sexually abusing an 11-year-old minor.
DSP Sunil Dahal of the District Police Office informed the accused was arrested based on the complaint filed on 30 June. The aggrieved party on their complaint stated that the accused had sexually abused the victim in a vegetable garden on 29 June.
DSP Dahal added that the health examination of the victim was done at the District Hospital on 30 June. Additionally, further investigation is going on.
