A complaint was filed against 27-year-old Dilip Kumar Chhetri of Ishwarpur Municipality-8 at the Area Police Office, Keshargunj on June 20 accusing him of raping a 15-year-old minor.
The aggrieved party alleged that the accused called the victim to a government building in the Ishwarpur Market area on June 8, lured her, and raped her. Additionally, Inspector Ramprabesh Yadav of the Area Police Office, Keshargunj informed that the accused is currently absconding and the investigation is going on.
The health examination of the victim was conducted on July 21 at Sarlahi District Hospital, Malangwa.
