Police arrested 53-year-old Dhan Bahadur Limbu, also knows as Jwane of Sabhapokhari Rural Municipality-6 Kottisinka on the charge of raping a 52-year-old woman.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint against the accused at the District Police Office on May 30 alleging that he had raped the victim on May 27.
Inspector Ramkumar Lamichhane of the District Police Office said that the absconding accused was arrested on June 2 and made him public on June 4.
The health examination of the victim was done on 1 June at the District Hospital.
