Police has arrested Bipin Thapa, 21, of Galkot Municipality-8, Baglung on 12 March in the charge of rape of a 14-year-old girl.
Aggrieved party had filed a complaint at the District Police Office on 9 March 2023, alleging that the accused raped the victim on 8 March while she was on her way back home celebrating holi.
DSP of the District Police Office Baglung informed that the accused has been arrested from his home and the investigation is udnerway.
Medical examination of the victim was conducted at Dhaulagiri hospital, Baglung.
