Bhanubhakta BK, 30, of Kohalpur Municipality-2, killed a two-year-old son and injured a 30-year-old wife by sprinkling petrol and burning them.
Police informed that the accused set wife Ganga BK and Son Princi BK on fire following a household dispute. Injured prince lost his life on 30 November and Ganga is undergoing treatment at ICU.
Ganga’s hand, neck, leg and body is burnt. As per the doctors, 45% of her body is burnt.
DSP of the area police office, Ain Bahadur Malla, informed that the absconded accused was arrested from Nepal-India border.
Postmortem of deceased Prince was conducted on 30 November and the body was handed over to the relatives.
