Ramhari Timalsina, 28, of Bafeli Rural Municipality-5, Banjel, has been arrested by the police on January 11, in the charge of attempting to rape a 28-year-old woman.
The accused absconded after the incident. Inspector of the district police office, Hari Bol KC informed that the accused was later arrested after a search operation.
Victim has alleged that the accused attempted to rape her while she was walking on the road.
Victim filed the complaint at district police office on January 3.
As per the information officer, Chudamani Puri, health checkup of the victim was conducted at Chautara hospital on January 3.
