Step Father, 27, from Lalitpur Metropolitan City-27, Harisiddhi, has been arrested by the police on 10 January in the charge of raping a 12-year-old girl.
Victim’s mother filed the complaint at police station, Satdobato, alleging that the accused allured her by telling that he is going to marry her, took her to his home and raped her on January 8.
SP of the district police, Prabin Pokhrel informed that the accused has been kept in the custody for further investigation.
As pe Dr. Ravi Shakya, health checkup of the victim was conducted at Patan hospital, Lalitpur on January 10.
