A complaint has been registered against Ram Hari Timalsina, 28, on January 3 at district police office, in the charge attempting to rape a 25-year-old woman.
Victim has alleged that the accused raped her on January 1 while she was walking on the road of Binjel.
Hirabela KC, inspector of the district police office informed that the health checkup of the victim was conducted on January 3 at Chautara hospital. As per inspector KC, search of accused is ongoing.
