Himal Somre, 21, from Tanahu Rural Municipality-1, Thuliudang has been arrested by police on December 26 in the charge of raping a 14-year-old girl child.
Victim’s side filed a complaint at district police office on December 25 alleging that the accused had raped the child on Ashad 2 and victim has six month pregnant at the moment.
Victim’s families stated that the child was allured and raped while she was in her maternal home.
DSP Binod Thapa informed INSEC representative that the accused has been arrested and the investigation has been initiated against the accused.
Health checkup of the victim was conducted at Plapa hospital on December 25.
