The District Court has sentenced Anil Bhandari, 22, of Falewas Municipality-2 Limithana to three months imprisonment and has fined him NPR 10,000. The guilty had sexually abused the victim on April 25, 2021.
Judge Anand Prasad Shrestha gave the verdict on August 30, informed Shrestedar Raju Dhungana of Parbat District Court.
Bhandari was ordered to be released on a bail of NPR 50,000 rupees by the bench of then District Judge Balram Tripathi on May 25.
