Police have arrested Mahendra Thapa, 29, of Tamankhola Rural Municipality-1 and Homlal Roka, 28, of Tamankhola Rural Municipality -1 on June 10 on the charge of beating an engineer of Tamankhola Rural Municipality, Arjun Kumar Yadav, 30.
It is alleged that Thapa and Roka had beaten up Engineer Yadav on June 29 over the issue of construction of Buddha Basic School building.
According to DSP Indra Bahadur Rana of the District Police Office, a complaint has been lodged against the accused at the District Court, Baglung on June 10.
