The victim has lodged a complaint against 20-year-old Amit Sonar of Barju Rural Municipality-6 at the Area Police Office, Duhavi on March 24.
According to DSP Narendra Kumar Karki of the District Police Office, the accused has absconded following the complaint of the victim.
The girl has been examined at the District Hospital on March 24.
