A complaint has been filed against Mahendra Yadav, 60, of Laxmipur Patari Rural Municipality-5 at the Area Police Office, Maheshpur Patar on November 7 for sexually abusing a 10-year-old girl.
The victim’s mother told the INSEC representative that she had lodged a complaint alleging that the accused had sexually abused her daughter.
According to Inspector Arvind Sah of the Area Police Office, Maheshpur Patar, the accused Yadav is absconding.
The girl has been examined at the District Hospital, Siraha on November 7.
