Police have arrested Dilli Ram Bala Rai (27) of Mai municipality-1 on 5 July 2020 in accusation of raping a 23-year-old woman.
The victim was raped on 20 June 2020 and the complaint was filed on 1 July 2020 at the District Police Office. The accused was arrested immediately after the complaint was filed, informed DSP Lal Dwaj Subedi to INSEC’s representative.
Health checkup of the victim was conducted on 1 July 2020 at District Hospital.
